My RL friend, username Kane Flare, has recently joined Urbandead, and I am currently helping him get his grips on the game.

He has expressed an interest to join, however I have told him that it would be wise to level up (to about level 8 at least) and become quite well known in the Dulston area before he attempts to join. These factors should be accomplished when I return to Dulston after my hunting mission, at which point he shall return with me.

I know for a fact that he has a strong sense of justice, and will most likely stick to being a mainstream survivor whatever the case. After he levels up I feel that he could be helpful to the group, and thus a good ally for us to have.

However, as R'I'P expressed concerns about this, I felt that I should send this ahead of time, so that he knows if he would possibly be accepted in to the group when he has improved. He will submit his own highly convincing application at the time, though I just wanted to be sure if there is any point in him doing so.

As long as he A: knows what he's doing, and B: isn't going to kill us all in our sleep, I see no reason not to.

anyway, we'll see, I don't mind someone who knows one of us in RL joining, I mind people joining because they know one of us in RL.

True, there's no match for joining the group for what we do and what we believe... but it should be okay for now.

ok, this topic is pretty much redundant. kane is goign to take a coupel of years to level up, because he isn't able to play UD. His computer has problems with the internet, causing it to take ages to load, so he sees no point in playing it. So until he gets a better computer, it isn't likely he's goign to be helping. But when he does he might play more. i doubt it though. In any case, I doubt hes going to be joining for a long time.
